The stick is my grand daughter’s Christmas present. It looks great but so far that’s it. BUT the customer service offered by Simon Guide was really terrific. I managed somehow to order the stick one size too short and didn’t realise until I’d received a despatch email from DHLDeutsche. I advised JDH and expected at best to receive and be charged for 2 sticks, have to return the unwanted one and keep checking for the refund. Instead I got an email from Simon promising to send me the right sized stick….and that’s all I received and all I was charged for. I’ve no idea how he retrieved the first stick but I’m very grateful to him for making the effort.
For much of my working life I ran large customer service teams so I’m very aware of the value to the company of turning a customer problem into a great success and I’d have been delighted to have Simon on any of my teams.
